Meet Cassidy Leslie

We are excited to welcome Cassidy Leslie as the new Program Manager for Pathways! Cassidy brings nearly eight years of experience in the substance use field, most recently serving as the Clinical Director at Triumph. With a strong clinical background, she was eager to take on this new role to expand her expertise beyond the clinical realm and dive into the full operational aspects of a treatment program.

Cassidy is dedicated to enhancing patient care and ensuring that individuals receive a comprehensive approach at Pathways. She is eager to promote collaboration between the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health teams to improve treatment options. Her goal is to integrate innovative programs that provide patients with essential skills that Pathways has not been able to offer in recent years.

Transitioning to Comprehensive Healthcare is an exciting challenge for Cassidy as she learns new policies, procedures, and operational workflows. “Being with one company for so many years, I knew the ins and outs of everything,” she admitted. “Starting fresh is a learning curve, but I’m excited for the challenge.”

Outside of work, Cassidy is a devoted mom to two children, ages five and eight. “I spend a lot of time at sporting events with my kiddos,” she said. “I love to read murder mystery books, and during football season, I usually play fantasy football and watch games.”

Cassidy’s creative and out-of-the-box approach to helping individuals is at the core of her passion for this field. “My passion is helping people and getting creative in the ways we help individuals,” she said. “You’ll often see me trying to think outside the box and get out of the norm of doing things.”
