We are excited to announce that Laurie Schoffstall has accepted the position of Director of Acute Care and Field Operations.
Laurie brings more than 30 years of behavioral health experience and a distinguished history of serving individuals, families, and communities across Washington State. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, her career has included leadership and clinical roles in community mental health, crisis services, inpatient care, juvenile justice, and county behavioral health systems.
Since joining Comprehensive Healthcare in 2022, Laurie has provided exceptional leadership as a Director, overseeing multiple behavioral health programs across Benton and Franklin Counties. She has been instrumental in advancing operational excellence, supporting workforce development, strengthening community partnerships, leading strategic initiatives, and helping develop and expand critical services for the communities we serve. Her contributions have helped improve access to care and enhance the quality and responsiveness of our behavioral health services.
Laurie’s extensive experience, collaborative leadership style, commitment to staff development, and dedication to our mission make her exceptionally well suited for this new role. As Director of Acute Care and Field Operations, she will help lead and strengthen our acute care, crisis, and field-based service lines while continuing to build strong partnerships throughout the communities we serve.
Please join us in congratulating Laurie on this well-deserved promotion and wishing her success as she begins this new chapter on August 31, 2026. We are excited for the leadership, expertise, and vision she will bring to Acute Care and Field Operations.
