Breanna Deitschman

Congratulations to our September winner of Employee of the Month, Breanna Deitschman, Youth Partner with the WISe team in Ellensburg! Breanna has been randomly selected from the pool of nominees for this month and will receive a certificate and her choice from a designated list of prize options. Breanna was nominated by Meaghan Lincoln, Program Manager of Ellensburg WISe, who shared the following reasons why Breanna is deserving of this recognition:

Breanna has shown leadership growth and initiative, particularly during my recent absences. She stepped up to support her WISe Team colleagues, ensuring team productivity was maintained and that communication with community partners remained accurate and consistent. Breanna also demonstrated resourcefulness by proactively sharing previously used materials and resources, which reduced the team’s learning curve and increased overall efficiency. Despite the transition into the school year, Breanna maintained her high productivity by demonstrating excellent flexibility and communication with school staff to meet clients in their preferred environments. Breanna’s proactive leadership, problem-solving skills, and dedication to her colleagues demonstrate impressive growth and confidence in her role.
