Congratulations, Joelle Dickerson!

Congratulations to Joelle Dickerson, our April Employee of the Month, nominated by LaRee Born. 

Joelle is a valuable member of our jail based mental health team. In recent months, she has effectively managed a full caseload while also assuming additional responsibilities due to ongoing staffing shortages, maintaining continuity of care without compromising service quality. 

She is highly skilled in interventions with the population and managing on the fly crisis situations. We receive great feedback from her county jail colleagues and administrators who point out strong appreciation for her contributions, highlighting her reliability, professionalism, and positive impact within the system. Joelle coordinates well with KCCC jail staff, DCRs, primary clinicians, and community resources to ensure incarcerated individuals are getting needs met in a timely effective manner. Her commitment to her clients’ recovery is an excellent example of Comprehensive Healthcare’s mission.
