Your Role as a Behavioral Health Associate

In your role as a Behavioral Health Associate, you will provide supportive counseling and skill development to help clients stabilize their symptoms and learn to manage their mental health conditions. By using trauma-informed care practices, you will offer essential support to clients in stabilizing symptoms and developing illness management skills, ultimately working towards improving their quality of life. You will have the support of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, prescribers, and other direct care staff, ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for our clients.
