Welcome Dr. Bradshaw!

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Bradshaw to our team! With a career spanning nearly three decades in healthcare, Dr. Bradshaw brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and dedication to our organization.

Growing up in Mississippi, Dr. Bradshaw has spent 20 years in the Midwest & Northwest, including 17 years in Ashland, Oregon. Family has always been a central part of Dr. Bradshaw’s journey, recently moving back to be closer to loved ones.

After completing a pediatric internship and then residency in psychiatry, Dr. Bradshaw served in the Air Force for 11 years, practicing outpatient care and embracing the value of teamwork—a principle that continues to guide the approach to whole-person care. Upon relocating to Oregon, Dr. Bradshaw worked at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eugene, providing both inpatient and outpatient services, and later contributed to nonprofit behavioral health organizations and private practice in Southern Oregon.

For the past seven years, Dr. Bradshaw has served as a medical director in Georgia, focusing on providing care to underserved individuals through grant-funded programs. His passion for community health and holistic care shines through every aspect of his work.

When asked about stepping into this new role, Dr. Bradshaw shared excitement about learning the ins and outs of our programs—both within our organization and at the state level—and looks forward to giving back to the community in meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Dr. Bradshaw and his husband, Foy, enjoy hiking with their dogs, snow-skiing, gardening, baking, cooking, and listening to audiobooks.
